Where do you deliver?
For now, we deliver ONLY in Salt Lake County and Park City*. If you’re interested in receiving smoothies and live outside the SLC or Park City* area, please feel free to email us! We’d love to hear where our smoothies are wanted for future growth.

*Additional delivery charges may apply outside of the 84102, 84103, 84105 and 84106 zip codes.

*Park City orders will be discussed prior to an order confirmation to ensure that delivery is feasible.

What are the nutritional benefits of our smoothies?
Endless.  It just depends on what ingredients you choose.
And all smoothies are 100% Vegan and FREE of:  Gluten, Dairy, Nuts (upon request), Artificial Anything, Syrups and added Sugar.

How long does a smoothie last?
Your smoothie has up to a 3 day shelf life.  But it’s highly recommended to drink them the same day they are made to ensure maximum freshness.  Since all smoothies are a truly raw product there are absolutely NO preservatives or additives, which is the reason for its short life span. Make sure to keep them refrigerated and always shake before serving.

What do I do with my empty jars?
Here at Smoothie SLC, we pride ourselves on being an eco-driven company.  Each customer receives 2 personal jars with custom plastic lids.  When one of your jars is empty, we will pick it up and deliver your fresh, new smoothie in your other jar.  When you re-order again, we just swap them out.  All we ask is that you wash your empty jar and have it ready at the time of your next delivery.  If your jar is unwashed or not ready upon delivery, a $3 charge will be added to your order.  Just Wash It, Re-use it, Replenish it.

What if I need to replace a jar?
We get that you want to share the wealth and nutrition with friends, neighbors and families!  And we LOVE you for that.   All we ask is that if you do need a new jar (for whatever reason), there is $2 replacement fee.

How do I get my smoothie if I am not home or in my office?
If there is no one at your home or office to receive your smoothie,  simply leave a cooler with ice or cold packs at your front door step or outside of your office.  Also, pick up orders can be coordinated as long as it is convenient for you.  We pride ourselves on service!

***Smoothie SLC is not responsible for lost or stolen smoothies left at a location and replacements will not be prepared.  It is up to you, the customer, to ensure that the coordinated location is safe and secure.  Additionally, a $2 replacement fee will be charged for each jar.

Do you use any additives or sweeteners or potential allergens?
We us ABSOLUTELY NO ADDITIVES.  The only sweetener used besides the natural sweetness of fresh, ripe fruit is pure Stevia leaf.  No honey, syrups or sugar is used.

How do I pay?
Payment is handled on the day of delivery weekly.  If you wish to be a weekly client, please see below.

What if I want to set up a weekly or monthly smoothie plan?
We love our weekly and monthly clients!

Weekly:  If you wish to receive a delivery every week, there is a one-time full week payment due the first delivery of every week.  This can be paid by cash or check upon delivery.  We understand that some weeks are different than others (ie. you’re out of town for a week) No worries, every week is a new week.  If you wish to pay for a week in full and then pay daily the next week or month – that is fine with us!

Monthly:  For monthly plans, you will have the option of paying for a full month up front, or bi-weekly, paid upon the first delivery of the cycle.  If things were to change for you mid month, not a problem.  We can always adjust your plan to make things as accommodating for you as possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that things come up.  And will gladly accommodate changes or modifications to your plan.  All we ask is that if you were to cancel, please do so at least 24hrs. before your delivery or you be charged the full amount of that day(s) delivery.

If you schedule a delivery or pick up, and do not pick up your smoothie, or are not available to receive your smoothie at time of scheduled delivery, you will be charged the full amount for your order.

*If you schedule a weekly plan, or a multiple day delivery, and choose to cancel at any time during the week, you will be charged the full amount of the order.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

We ask that you place an order 48hrs in advance to a desired delivery date.

What days do you deliver?

We deliver Monday-Friday.  Weekend deliveries can also be discussed and are subject to schedule availability.

What if I know someone who is interested?

We are psyched that you are spreading the word and cannot thank you enough!  Word of mouth is how we grow and sustain our business.  If you know someone that is interested in our smoothie experience, they will receive a trial smoothie ON THE HOUSE*.  It is important to us that our product is enjoyed before anyone becomes a paying customer.
